The Account Management and Quality Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our service by liaising with our portfolio of service teams, following up on their performance and reporting to management.

Job Description

Actively connecting with service teams to ensure the quality of operations
Creating, implementing and monitoring quality assurance and mystery shopping processes
Checking in with the service teams via email and phone to communicate feedback and explore areas of improvement
Evaluate and communicate satisfaction, feedback, reports, quality review results and trends.
Coordinate and own all mystery shopping sessions and quality assessment tool to evaluate performance.
Conduct random field visit and survey quality and team performance. Frequent and routine travel to customer sites is a requirement of the position.
Qualifications and Skills

Excellent written and spoken English
Genuine passion for providing the highest level of service and attention to detail.
2 years experience in customer service/quality assurance is a must.
Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast paced environment
Ability to analyze and evaluate a variety of information from various sources is essential.
Effectively communicate to a wide range of people via telephone, email and face to face.
Work hard and well under pressure
