Overview

Fast Lane Computer Consultancy is Cisco Systems, Inc.’s largest Cisco Learning Solutions Partner (CLSP) worldwide providing world-class training on all Cisco products and technologies from entry-level to expert-level. In addition to the Cisco offering, Fast Lane is also a global Learning Partner for Network Appliance (NetApp). Fast Lane is growing rapidly and is seeking a talented Account Manager to join the existing Sales Team.

The successful candidate will sell Fast Lane’s Cisco and NetApp training courses to a number of assigned accounts across the UAE and other Gulf countries (occasional travel will be required). This role will largely be customer facing.

Job Purpose
Build strong relationships across all levels (including CxO, Sales, Operations, Procurement & Finance) of assigned accounts.
Drive sales execution resulting in increased revenue, market share and customer satisfaction.
Achieve & exceed defined sales targets of Fast Lane learning solutions.
Educate customer base on the business value added by authorized training.
Identify and close new business opportunities.
Execute sales strategy as defined by Sales Manager.
Work with the Fast Lane Sales Team to cultivate, qualify and close new opportunities.
Work with Sales Manager to accurately forecast sales.
Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide consultative services to customers aimed at generating and maximizing revenue.
Manage large scale training projects end-to-end.

Required Qualifications & Areas of Expertise
Educated to degree level (BSc/BA)
Knowledge/experience of Cisco products, technologies and sales strategy is advantageous.
Sales skills within networking industry are advantageous.
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas in excess of US $1m.
Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize workload and be flexible.
Excellent knowledge of customer business models.
Excellent presentation skills, time management and personal appearance.
Strong team player.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Excellent spoken Arabic.
Computer literate with basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
