Currently looking for an Admin Assistant for one of our well-reputed companies in Dubai
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes and reports.
Help to schedule and confirm appointments.
Prepare presentations and other required documents.
Take care of other admin activities like travel expenses
Domain of English, written and spoken.
MS Office proficient – word, power point and excel
2 years of experience in admin or secretarial
Experience in the home country is preferred
Visit visa are welcome to apply
