Listaproperty.com is a real estate portal based in the UAE with a regional focus. We are in search for an executive assistant who displays agility in working in a startup environment and is hard-working and dedicated to the overall mission and vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist with regular business operations in close collaboration with the managing director
Responsible for maintaining company documents, licenses and all renewals
Conceptualize and implement new HR procedures
Responsible for other admin duties
Under husband’s / father’s sponsorship
Degree from an accredited university in business, communications, marketing OR the equivalent
Several years of work experience, preferably in a start-up environment
Expert in HR duties and responsibilities
Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken, Arabic a plus
Enthusiastic, innovative and creative
