A leading Fire & Safety & Facility Management Group who are focusing on commercial and residential portfolios across UAE are seeking to expand their integral in-house Fire & Safety & Facility Management Group division.

Currently offering career opportunities in Dubai we are seeking Admin Officer Arabic Speaking

Requirements

Coordinate with contractors for maintenance work or / and any related issue
Coordinate with property management for maintenance work or /and any related issue.
Supervise and direct the Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Coordinate and follow up with finance department for payment
Follow up for telecommunications, ADDC and other services
Monitoring of all government and semi-government websites i.e. checking for Tenders, RFQ, etc. and maintaining the database.
Providing support for collections whenever required and/or requested including visiting the client/s.
Responsible for all civil defence correspondences
Maintaining the database of all agency certificates
Responsible for the monitoring and handling of any requirements in regards to Civil defence contracts.
Support for all company licenses’ online renewals and any other required renewals
Applying for security passes whenever required and maintain an updated record of the same.
Maintaining and keeping up to date records of username and passwords for e-procurement and company registrations.
Following up on all company registrations with government and semi-government entities.
Check government and semi-government websites for Tenders, RFQ, etc.
Providing support for collections whenever required including visiting the client/s.
Maintaining and updating Inquiry Log Sheets and Tender Log Sheets
Maintaining and keeping up to date the records of username and password for e-procurement and company registrations.
Arranging Petrol Cards for all company cars
Arabic Correspondences for all Departments.
Collation and submission of administrative reports
Applying for security passes through CICPA and filing the records
Follow up of projects, arranging Invoices, Service Reports & contract renewals
Admin Officer Arabic Speaking RequiredSkills/Knowledge:

Preferably an Female Arabic candidate ( With Husband visa or Father visa )

Job location will be Dubai

Experience in Civil defence contracts & MEP Contracting Companies

Fluency in Arabic is ESSENTIAL for this role (both spoken and written)

Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written

Exceptional communication skills and customer service focus

Computer literate, Experienced user of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

2 years of experience In Admin Officer role.
