Direct communication and coordination with Sales/Car buyers and with customers with regards to requirements in making the deal
Processing of documents of closed deals/ purchased cars up to releasing of full payment to the customers
Making sure of proper filing of documentations per transaction
Receiving cash payments, issuing of receipts and releasing of documents to car dealers approved by the Head of Purchase/ any Managers
Payments of services and suppliers approved by the Manager or the Direct Superior
Coordination and control of all financial matters/ day to day cash flow (petty cash) delegated by the Manager or the Direct Superior
Supporting and assisting contact center department to ensure the customer’s appointments by doing follow up calls and sending reminders
To obtain monthly reports such as monthly expense and monthly customer leads and visits
Clerical activities e.g. input into CRM, meeting visitors etc.
In addition, the task will also function as secretarial/administrative and office support activities for the team (duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating/editing spreadsheets and presentations, and filing).

You must be organised, flexible, trustworthy and able to keep to tight deadlines under pressure and will enjoy working as part of a growing team while also taking responsibility for your own workload. You will be a highly motivated administrator that has excellent communication skills, pleasant personality and knowledgeable in MS Office skills along with a working knowledge of using databases/CRM. You must be confident working in a busy environment and be good at managing your own time. Customer service skills are highly essential.
