Assessment Interview Invitation : For candidates who qualify;
Work with other team members in running the clinic / hospital, ensuring efficient service delivery and outstanding levels of patient satisfaction
Varied work, from answering client calls, insurance coordination, managing cashiering, greeting patients and visitors as well as clinic/hospital facilities, equipment and allocations
Assisting with billing and booking system operations, handling accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficient service delivery
Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism by anticipating and responding to guests and clients’ potential needs, requests or queries
FEMALE candidates preferred from Philippines , Asia or Gulf Nationalities
Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
Language: English fluency to business standards.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows as well as IT/Telecom systems
Customer service, accounts, sales and administration skills and experience preferred
Energetic, responds well to a fast moving environment and has a team player approach
