Qualification/Education. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration /General or Office Management.
a. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field in a large organisation is required for this position.
Must have experience of administration, office management and public relations.

Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure Company Trade License(s) and other company documents are up to date.
Initiate and keep record of all employees’ Company Visas/Renewals.
Apply and pursue visit/tourist visas for company guests.
Ensure office utility bills are paid in time.
Handle company guests’ hotel reservation and billing record.
Ensure supply of office stationery and keep proper record.
Ensure serviceability of all ACs installed in the office.
Ensure supply of office automation items and keep proper record.
Ensure serviceability of Fire Fighting Equipment installed and keep track for their renewal.
Ensure and keep record of all company vehicle running/maintenance record.
Ensure all vehicle toll (Salik) are up to date.
Ensure general cleanliness of the office premises.
Ensure supply and keep record of cleanliness/sanitation items for the office.
Ensure supply and keep record of tea/refreshment/pantry items for office.
Manage Reception Desk of Air Speed Charter.
Receive/manage all visitors and keep their entry record.
Receive/despatch all mail/shipment through different courier services.
Maintain correspondence and liaison with different courier companies.
Reporting Channel: Report to the Manager Admin & HR.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 to AED4,000.00 /month
