ST Group is looking for an Administration Officer (with Maintenance Experience) who will be responsible for all client related task.
Filipino or Vietnamese Nationality
With Maintenance Operation experience for more than a 1 year
Must have a UAE driving license
Must be inside UAE
Delivering outstanding customer service in a frontline role (face-to face with clients)
Has the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Flexible with time management
Handles Check in and Check out in an efficient manner
Demonstrates a friendly and professional attitude towards customers with payment related or apartment related inquiries
Taking phone calls – Fulfilling customers enquires and solve minor conflicts related to the main task
Office work- preparing documentation with regards to tenancy contract and clients profiling
Processed and verifies payments involving transfer of electronic funds or cash to cash
Strong attention to details for each apartments
Answer questions and provide information to customers about apartment and/or rental details
Strong ability to work independently and within a team
Involvement in maintenance management and sustain the cleanliness of all apartments.
