URGENTLY! Looking for FEMALE office administrator/personal assistant/ secretary with EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE IN DUBAI to join the team.

Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support for a variety of project related activities for real estate
Assist in preparation and submittal requests in accordance with clients agreements
Prepare various documents/agreements/invoices
Create and maintain project files
Organize and maintain filing system for contracts, invoices and other documentation
Setting u and running mails and other data collection activities
Interact daily with customers, employees. management, accounting department
Manage business communications and correspondence including and editing of letters and documents
perform multi-faceted general office support
Required skills and experience:

Excellent skills with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to interface with staff on multiple project related needs
Ability to be pro- active , self -directed and prioritize workload
Problem solving, critical thinking skills and strong work ethic
Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
