Responsibilities and Duties
Handle customer technical inquires / issues through Visit, telephone, fax, e-mail correspondences in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
Initiate and conduct technical discussions with clients.
Provide technical supports during site installation, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
Provide general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance and installation products.
Identify training need of customers, conducts product training to customers and their technical persons. Maintain reports of complaints / issues. Handling warranty / Non warranty claims. Review reported malfunctions and identify / analyse any undesirable trends. Make recommendations to customer on findings.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in on site Service support Elevator Field, BMS, Building management system. (Electronics Degree / Diploma Must).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED8,000.00 to AED8,500.00 /month
Network Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
Elevator Engineer: 5 years (Required)
