ARABIC HR PAYROLL
Experience in working on ERP software and database updating
Excellent knowledge on computers (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Effective Communication Skills.
Nationality: Arabic. (Required)
Local relevant experience in processing payroll in UAE for at least 4 years is a must.
Handling payroll functions for a large company (Exp. In Contracting companies preferable).
Keep track of employee attendance and record the same on Orion ERP efficiently.
Keep track of employee leaves and record the same. Calculate leave salary
Monthly process of payroll on ERP
Monthly uploading of salaries following wps protocol.
Generating monthly metrics related to head account, HR budget, and other reports as requested by the HR Manager
Provide internal service to other employees related to letters for banks, etc.
Update and maintain HR files on a monthly basis.
Assist internal auditor and external auditors during HR audits.
Assisting in Leave processing, End of Service settlement processing
Report to the HR Manager.
