Meeting / Greeting guests & clients upon arrival into the office In charge of office admin requirements, stationary orders, meeting rooms, courier services, etc. HR Assistant Assisting with employee files, contracts, signed compliance docs etc. all in order and up to date. Assisting with employee absence tracker, annual flights, annual leaves, sick leaves etc. Monitoring all HR spreadsheets in place are up to date and current. Requirements -Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. – Strong communication skills. – Able to multi-task. – Able to prioritize work load. — Assertive, confident, diligent, highly confidential. – Very personable and extremely trustworthy. – Ability to communicate with C -level executives easily.
