Develop and implement annual, monthly and weekly PPM schedule for soft services.
Coordinate with Variable Works team to ensure planning and closure of all service requests.
Supervise the team of executives and supplier staff to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with QHSE standards and work plan/ schedule.
Continuously check work to ensure quality of work.
Ensure that workers abide 100% compliance in grooming, appearance, uniform of staff and ensure no complaints from technician/helper on PPE’s and during monthly quality inspection/audit.
Weekly review of manpower requirement vs. task requirement to ensure that effective manpower utilization is done to meet customer requirements.
Ensure Maximo is updated with planned and completed activities.
Carry out routine work check to ensure that quality of services meets the service level agreements and excels key performance indicators.
Ensure proactive filing/ housekeeping is done and all records are in order.
Prepare and provide timely technical reports for information & review.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate in Business Administration
Customer service qualifications / strong front of house services
At least 4-6 years of experience in facilities management.
Planning skills, Analytical skills, negotiating skills, Communication and Presentation skills in English, networking skills
