The Assistant Outlet Manager will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service.
Assists in motivating and developing a skilled team, leads by example and instills a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees; actively participates in Employee Relations activities and programs.
Is a hands-on leader ensuring high quality guest service in his/her area; is highly visible and actively participates in service.
Maximizes revenue by effective table management; plans for additional resources during high volume periods.
Prepares annual budget for the outlet of Food & Beverage; Reviews monthly profit and loss statement for the outlet; analyzes significant budget variances and establish necessary actions to minimize future negative variances.
Engages in guest interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner; creates personalized experiences; establishes a network of regular guests and keeps relevant and accurate records
Takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur
College education or equivalent experience.
Three to five years’ international experience in managing a casual dining restaurant either in a leading 5 Star hotel or A-Class restaurants.
Must have prior work experience working in a 5-Star hotel, managing and motivating a multi-culture workforce.
Possesses upward mobility and well-developed guest PR skills and personal flair.
Must be computer literate and having working knowledge of different Food & Beverage Systems, POS etc.
