Job Description: –
To promote company’s product range (Excipients & API) in Pharmaceutical Ingredients (raw materials) to target manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical & Cosmetics industry.
To gain and maintain a detailed knowledge of each existing and new potential customer within the territory, which includes but may not be limited to their products, their internal manufacturing capabilities, new upcoming products, company information, market information, their current suppliers, organizational structure and key personnel and update in company ERP system.
To understand customers decision making process and identifies who are the decision makers, key influencers, end-users and guiders, as well as their individual style and relationship, within customers organization.
Develop a win/win sales strategy based on customer’s needs, internal capabilities, competitor’s weaknesses and company strengths.
To develop a good relationship with existing and new customers to increase business, discuss requirements, discuss with reporting manager to give quotations, negotiates sales contracts and volume pricing agreements.
To process customer purchase orders, coordinate with Dubai office team and update the customer on the shipment status.
Forecasts territory sales figures monitor monthly actual sales versus budget for the product portfolio assigned, customer wise and product wise assigned by line manager.
To prepare daily customer visit report and customer projects and update them in ERP system.
Develops and executes a Territory Plan including a comprehensive sales calls, customer visits and customer follow-ups.
Coordinates with support staff in Accounts and Logistics to ensure all customer needs are understood and met in a timely manner.
To attend industry tradeshow, exhibition, seminars, meetings locally and regionally to perform business development activities.
Travel to visit customers in Middle East countries
Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way to all target customers by maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Initiate & implement marketing & sales plans with the help and under supervision of General Manager & concerned department(s) to increase market share and revenue growth in all company’s products.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Job Requirements: –
Minimum Bachelor’s degree and preference for Chemistry or Pharmacy graduates.
Minimum 1-year B2B sales experience.
Candidates with telemarketing and sales experience are preferred.
