Provide customer support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
Responsible for taking registration of walk-in customer and corporate companies.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries and walk in inquiries whenever possible.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Reviewing all the documents before sending to the RTA.
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
Responsible of giving right information.
Responsible of filing pending documents.
Support in-charge in preparing monthly report of admission.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Other duties are assigned by the in-charge where necessary.
