The Brand Experience Manager, In-Airport will create brand experiences and communication that build a strong and enduring love for the brand. This role is influential, visible and critical part of the Marketing Organization.
Responsible for executing how the Aves Jet brand and customer experience come to life in the physical world of the 110+ airports where Aves Jet is present. The Brand Experience Manager, In-Airport will relentlessly focus on the customer and what’s important to them. They will partner cross functionally (including airport operations, cargo, marketing, real estate as well as partners and vendors) to ensure all business goals are met.
Support the Director, Brand Experience In-Airport and Managing Director, Brand Experience in supporting strategy and leading execution for the in-airport brand expression and customer experience in 110+ airports and near-airport facilities. Specifically, developing the branding, marketing as well as physical and digital messaging and those used by frontline employees including but not limited to the services and experience we offer.
Serve as the focal for the Brand Experience team for all new station openings, remodels and location moves to ensure we deliver consistent, best-in-class experience.
Deeply understand the competitive set and able to clearly execute Aves Jet’s point of difference.
Strong ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional peers to execute brand vision and strategic initiatives.
Leverage customer feedback, research data and business metrics to effectively assess initiatives and develop business plans and recommendations to drive initiatives forward.
Develop creative briefs deeply rooted on brand promise and ability to successfully move initiatives from brief development to in-market launch.
Create a dashboard and or other measurement tools to track health of customer experience in airports. Develop quick recourse plan to address negative changes and prepare and deliver metric/data reports on a regular cadence to Director, Brand Experience In-Airport and Managing Director, Brand Experience.
Develop a system to ensure all airport branding and marketing collateral are up-to-date and future changes are executed in a strategic and synchronized way.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
5 plus years of consumer marketing required, with retail brand marketing experience preferred.
Proven experience in translating brand guidelines into compelling customer environments and experiences.
Proven experience in product or program management.
Strong leadership, cross-sector collaboration and experience and proven ability influence large teams.
Outstanding verbal and written skills, with ability to present data and conclusions in an organized, concise manner.
Professional, reliable, enthusiastic, self-reliant, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with all groups while addressing people courageously, directly and candidly.
