The Business Analyst will assist the Chief Commercial Officer in analysing the company’s
external environment, preparing reports and presentations and providing general support to the
Strategy and Business Development functions.

Create and maintain a corporate intelligence database
Provide market studies, analysis and recommendations for new projects and opportunities
such as M&A.
Produce a comprehensive peer group benchmarking study on a quarterly basis.
Follow, consolidate and analyze news stories from the OSV and broader OFS industries to
identify emerging themes, opportunities and threats.
Client analysis, and market and segment entry analysis.
Creation of investor, Board and analyst material
Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual reports, quarterly investor presentations
and ad-hoc investor, credit and banking presentations.
Coordinate the preparation of Board material in collaboration with Finance and other
Support corporate presentations, meetings, banking and analyst events
Take notes during presentations, meetings, teleconferences, prepare minutes and executive
summaries, circulate actions and follow up.
Coordinate the company’s participation in relevant events in coordination with consultants

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
MBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
2 to 5 years Middle East work experience in a strategic function, business consulting role or
research based industry within the Oil and Gas sector.
Experience in the marine industry is an advantage.
Must be a strategic and independent thinker.
Must be able to take initiatives and think creatively.
Fluent English (Arabic preferred but not a must)
Ability to write communications in differing styles according to the seniority of the audience
and the objective of the communication.
Must be able to analyze and interpret data very well.
Must be able to create and implement good tracking systems.
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software suite (specifically Word, Excel and
Highly inquisitive and analytical mindset
Proactive and self-starting
