Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitating/participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business and assessing the actual situation
Overcoming clients questions & objectives during meetings, mails or calls
Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice stakeholders
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Achieving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
Raising the company’s customer base and market segment
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities by growing, maintaining and leveraging network
Cold calling within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Qualify new client opportunities with initial dialogue to confirm a business requirement & research new leads and develop opportunities
MBA (Finance, Marketing, International Business etc). Excluding HR with graduation in B.com, BBA excluding B.Tech, BA, Bsc.
