Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Service:

Be polite and courteous to customers and handle their complaints with extra care

Collect customer data and provide to direct manager on monthly basis
Provide feedback to Manager about customer needs
Ensure to keep all promises made to customer
End sales in a way to retain customer
Manage high standard of hygiene
Product Knowledge

Be aware of products handled and how they work
Communicate products features, advantages and benefits to all customers
