Coordinate & implement strategic eCommerce initiatives for customer direct-to-consumer websites in order to enrich the consumer experience and drive revenue growth; present continuous insights based on industry, customer, and marketplace trends
Review analytics and recommend changes to key account product assortments and sku listings based upon current product performance trends
Conduct research to understand effectiveness of marketing strategies and how they could be optimized
Lead development & modifications of customer landing page & microsite launches to drive optimal business performance; analyze performance and customer feedback; respond to customer inquiries and optimize the consumer experience
Assist with internal teams in the development and coordination of key sales tools to support this Channel – Content, Images, Video, and reviews to maximize sales.
Drive & oversee all aspects of NEW channel-specific product development from beginning to end including: roadmap strategic planning and benchmark key success metrics for product initiatives
Liaise with cross-functional teams including: Brand Marketing, In-House Agency, Analytics, and Digital Marketing Team
Create reports that track sales performance, maintain promotional calendars, track promotional spend & ROI
Drive the development of packs/products/configuration of ecomm specific SKUs that create channel differentiation
Remain current on emerging marketing and eCommerce technology platforms and products to drive business; strategize new e-commerce product ideas, analyze for feasibility and quantify business impact
Various other projects as assigned with other channels or customer groups
