We are looking for senior Professional,who has minimum of 8 to 20 years of experience in Staffing solutions in talent acquisition.
minimum of 8 years in business development or client relationship manager in any staffing solutions can apply.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for bringing new business to new and existing clients across the Globe
Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth hand offs.
Creates proposals for providing staffing services, customized to prospective clients’ needs.
Coordinate with the Recruiting & Fulfillment Team to on board new clients, including: complete and submit job order tickets to Fulfillment Manager, facilitate introductions between new clients and assigned Customer Service Representatives, and work with Recruiting & Fulfillment Team to set up customized services according to clients’ specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
Maximized business potential from New clients and doing research for new clients.
The Business Development Manager will be required to initiate and organize meetings and phone calls with prospects, prepare professional emails, participate in preparation of sales collateral and will require advanced communication and negotiating skills.
