We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager, currently based in-country to be responsible for agreeing, setting up, achieving and exceeding Small Business Retailer On boarding targets for the specific country for our Mobile Application. This role will be an integral part of the International Team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the overall execution and ongoing development of our international expansion strategy.
This role will require the Business Development Manager to meet small business owners and introduce our application and technology into their day to day business activity.
A bright and hardworking individual with a heavy emphasis on social interaction. We are looking for a sales whiz with strong communication skills and great attention to detail who is interested in learning more about Business Development and is willing to keep up with the ever-changing best practices in the business world. Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plan, working with the core team closely.
Reporting to the International Regional Manager, the In-Country Business Development Manager will be responsible for agreeing/setting up, achieving and exceeding Small Business Retailer On boarding for the specific country.
Develop new business opportunities in country
Identify opportunities for new products and make any market information available to key internal stakeholders
Work with the International Manager for the region and the Managing Director to grow our brand in country as well as manage the local promotional campaigns.
To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected.
Tapping new areas, industry & scaling existing businesses
Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling. Handling existing accounts, client servicing
Should be enthusiastic to create new cases, understand customers business and pain areas
Monitor day-to-day customer feedback and conversation and report back to the team
Increase the customer reach and help customer gain insight about the product
Candidate should be able to identify and meet key decision makers (CEO/IT heads/Managers etc.)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-driven, aggressive sales professional with excellent communication, presentation & convincing skills
Good organization skills
Ability to multi-task
Professional, responsible, and dependable.
6 Months – 4 Years of relevant experience. Preferably from Dotcom, Media, Internet, Banking or Insurance Industry.
Freshers who are ready to learn and grow are also welcome.
