Lynchpin Training is looking for dynamic Business Development Officer who can sell the training courses to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
This position requires close working with senior management to timely market, promote and sell the assigned training program. This job requires achievement of monthly sales targets set by the management.
Responsibilities and Expectations
The key responsibilities in this function include the following
Achieve the assigned individual targets for new business/repeat business
Ensuring all tasks individually done timely including timely response to students, pre-sales queries to students etc.
Attain sales targets for cross selling to existing/past students
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the segment.
Suggest program to the clients best suited in their career enhancement as on individual and corporate level
Represent Lynchpin on various forums including exhibitions, career fairs, workshops and discussion forums.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
Responsible for notifying administration of any required updates of customer records on the organization’s
Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
Having complete knowledge about courses offered, and provide maximum support and information to the clients if request for any program.
Dealing with Online enquiries and provide them full information call, email and take proper follow-up of them.
Responsible for timely and accurate update of available marketing and sales channels including CRM, website, social media pages.
Recording data and all communications between the various parties and all information taken into Consideration through use of CRM.
Identifies trend setter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Timely emails the clients and introduce new batches information by regular calls
Support/participate in the organization’s Continuous Improvement Program.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in service industry Business Development function, with exposure to inbound marketing techniques
A bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Administration
Hands on experience in using Microsoft Office Tools
