Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and services. To this end, Microsoft is investing in a dedicated Customer Success team that will help Microsoft customers successfully adopt Microsoft Cloud solution and services.
We are looking for a CSU Business Manager to support Customer Success lead and Managers communities, responsible for driving a successful adoption and expansion of MSFT three clouds within the area. This person will be very active in the day-to-day supporting the CSU area leadership frame and execute on customer consumption initiatives and programs across the area and subsidaries.
Business Planning: Align business priorities, strategies, and investments/budgeting with field execution motions through fiscal year planning, blueprint, target setting, opex optimization, etc.
Program Support & Management: Drive consistency, quality and insight across relevant programs, facilitate and support business reviews through QBU/MBU support, RoB management, reporting, execution, etc.
Strategic Initiatives: Work with teams across CSU and Microsoft to identify opportunities, gaps and overlap whereby we can streamline and accelerate changes and scale for growth
Operational Excellence: Develops, builds, runs, and improves consistent, predictable, and measurable processes and services that align with policies, procedures, and expectations
3-5 years related experience
People management experience is advantageous but not a requirement
Skills & Knowledge:
Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers (required)
Intermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills (required)
Must have proven skills in financial, marketing and IT management
Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities
Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively;
Highly analytical – ability to understand business metrics, customer and market trends
Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A) required and/or experience in relevant fields eg: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance. Masters degree preferred.
Desirable qualifications include Formal training in project and process management, financial accounting, business strategy and operations and/or internal controls.
