Handling online sales by initiating and processing online orders effectively and streamlining the delivery process ensuring seamless customer satisfaction and delight.
Ensure up-selling and close deals by reinforcing the customers’ buying decision and thereby achieve the set targets.
Handle the Customer service, initiate and process online orders and maintain regular follow ups of the placed orders and streamline systematic deliveries/installation by keeping a personal connect with the Customers.
Should be proactive in providing assistance to customers by asking open questions regarding the Products chosen.
Needs to handle the Customer complaints swiftly by providing solutions/alternate options in case of any service related issues.
Needs to handle phone calls with full attention and be courteous towards customers and should be able to articulate clearly.
Handle the cash/bill machine, scan the barcodes properly and ensure proper receipts are issued to the customers and copies kept for company records.
Ensure that the customers fill appropriate forms as per standards of the Company and update the customer database regularly.
