Answer calls professionally and taking order then enter customer information.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Punching Orders from Call center.
Regular coordination with Branch In-charges/Delivery Team/Operations Team.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Describe products and services.
Achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell products; explaining new menu items; caterings.
Maintains call center database by entering information.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Updates job knowledge by participating in training’s.
Ensuring smooth operation/maintaining call center environment and customer satisfaction Adhering to company SOPs strictly.
Preparing and maintaining records files as per company SOPs Possess thorough delivery location knowledge.
