We are looking for a Call Center & Operations Supervisor to join the team of one of our valued client, located in Dubai, UAE.
Monitor and evaluate agent performance, prepare and deliver training, focus on quality assurance and agents performance
Identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
Prepare reports and analyze data for the management on daily/monthly basis
Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
Establish procedures, policies, CC standards, KPIs, incentive scheme
Project management across the company to support the CC
Fluent in both Arabic & English is a MUST
French as a third language is a plus but not a condition
Work experience 2 – 3 years in Customer Care Service & CC Operations
Experienced in leading teams, quality assurance & project management
Proven record of delivered projects & performance KPIs results
Excellent problem solving, leadership, analytical and efficient
