On behalf of our client based in Dubai, we are looking for the following candidates:
1. Call Center Supervisor
Responsible for organizing and directing the daily activities within the call center operation.
Supervise, train and guide call center agents to execute their tasks. Responsible for resolving problems and complaints.
Monitor agents and supervise call center performance, as well as analyze reports.
Prepare and develop schedules to control adequate staffing levels.
Minimum of one year experience in call center supervisory role and/or minimum of three years call center service activities required.
Associates Degree preferred.
2. Online Customer Support
Typing speed 40WPM
High School diploma or equivalent required
Excellent grammar and spelling skills
Ability to recognize consultative upsell/cross sell opportunities
Ability to provide a high-level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening)
Excellent research and customer service problem solving skills required
Experience with Word, Excel and Window
3.Outbound Calling Representative
Actively performs telemarketing/selling activities within assigned territory/account base
Provides customers with timely and accurate response to requests for products, pricing, delivery and order status information
Develop strong client relationships
Act as first point of client contact by receiving and processing client sales and information inquiries
Develop and deliver sales quotations
Provide input to sales and marketing plans
Submit sales reports to management as required including strong forecasting
Support and participate in the implementation of all sales and marketing strategies
Data entry, as necessary, and proof reading all correspondence, quotes, forms, and reports
Preparing reports and assisting on projects/assignments to review sales results, resolve problems, plan for the future, etc. as required
Tracking and following up to ensure deadlines are met
Effectively understand and utilize pertinent internal and external database and Internet tools as they pertain to managing the sales process to create/maintain customer satisfaction and meet company goals
Escalate client complaints and/or product problems as needed
Establishes and maintains effective two way communications with all other personnel
