About the job
The purpose of this role is to provide customers with information in response to enquiries about products and services; make bookings for services including flights; handle and resolve complaints.
Confers with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, do bookings, modify or cancel reservations, and/or obtain details of complaints.
Converts calls to sales.
Meets the monthly targets in terms of;
Ensures maximum level of productivity, punctuality and flexibility.
Understands the real Call Centre concept activities & work in achieving it.
Manages and resolves customer complaints.
Identifies and escalates priority issues from customers.
Conducts follow up customer calls where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 Year experience in related field.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Very good communication skills both written and verbal.
