EAT-WELL is looking for Chef De Cuisine (International)
With a hand in menu creation, kitchen management and working closely with the senior team of the facility and alongside a well-known Dubai health restaurant, the role requires the CDC to oversee the serving of fresh and organic cuisine with modern techniques and vibrant flavors.
DHTC has been the leading clinic for Complementary and Alternative Medicine in the UAE for the past 13 years and are now extending this vision into food and beverage aiming to raise the benchmark in healthy living.
Minimum 5 years plus of relevant experience in the hotel & catering industry
Certification in Food and Beverage/ Catering would be an advantage
In depth knowledge of produce and food preparation
Previous leadership experience in the Culinary field required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
