About the Company:
A high profile family-run Investment Holding company based at Dubai with clients spread across Europe, SE Asia and Russia. The place of work would be at Business Bay, Dubai.
The incumbent will be responsible for handling client portfolios, upkeep of client records and files, collection and compilation of financial reports and the day-to-day administration of office. This role is largely independent and therefore requires a person who is smart, highly-reliable and can work without supervision.
Qualification & Experience:
– Graduate with atleast 3 years experience in a similar role
– Executive assistant / personal secretary / legal secretary experience
– Experience in handling investment portfolios is a distinct advantage
– Adequate knowledge of finance concepts & terminologies, contractual terms & agreements
– Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
