A growing web and digital agency is looking for active and energetic Client service / Admin Executive . The right candidate should have UAE experience. Key job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Making daily calls to customers to set-up appointments
Responding to customer inquiries on phone and live-chat on website
Preparing invoices and any other finance-related matters
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
Filing and record management of finances and employees
Dealing with vendors for purchases online and outdoor
Greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
Checking and responding to emails and phone calls
Carrying out general outdoor office tasks
The right candidate should have strong IT and communication skills and at least 1 year of work experience in UAE. Should be fluent in English with a Foreign accent. UAE driving license will be considered an asset.
