Assessment Interview Invitation : For candidates who qualify;
Work with other team members in running the centre, ensuring efficient service delivery and outstanding levels of client satisfaction
Varied work, from answering client calls, managing meeting room bookings, greeting clients and visitors as well as centre facilities, equipment and office allocations
Assisting with billing and booking system operations, handling accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficient service delivery
Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism by anticipating and responding to guests and clients’ potential needs, requests or queries
FEMALE candidates preferred from Philippines , Asia or Gulf Nationalities
Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
Language: English fluency to business standards.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows as well as IT/Telecom systems
Customer service, accounts, sales and administration skills and experience preferred
Energetic, responds well to a fast moving environment and has a team player approach
