The Compensation & Benefit Specialist on a fixed term contract of 1 year- Regional Operating Unit (ROPU) supports the Head C&B – META in the efficient execution of all C&B processes, active contribution to the BI C&B network, and execution of global C&B project activities if required. It ensures implementation excellence based on local legal requirements within ROPU, BI Global C&B procedures and guidelines, and defined C&B processes globally, regionally, and locally.
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist – ROPU in consultation with the Head-C&B – ROPU reviews and designs as necessary the compensation elements and benefit provisions within the ROPU and its OPUs
Supports and ensures execution of Total Compensation design in ROPU & OPUs in line with Global C&B framework, procedures and guidelines
Develops and reviews compensation and benefit policies, guideline and procedures in ROPU & OPUs within Global C&B concept, framework and approach
Supports the execution of C&B management through salary grading, salary structure & compensation surveys
Supports tasks in job evaluation process to ensure internal equity in ROPU and OPUs in conjunction with ROPU HRBP and OPU HR team
Collects compensation survey data both ROPU and OPUs for submission as part of salary survey process
Analyzes salary survey results and review market competitiveness and internal equity for compensation and benefits
Utilizes compensation survey for annual compensation planning such as development of salary increase matrix , salary structure for ROPU and OPUs in collaboration with OPU HR team
Develops appropriate and competitive compensation offers for new hire recruitment, promotion, internal transfer, international assignment, etc. in consultation with Head C&B META
Crafts benefit programs and establish the policies, guidelines and procedures in alignment with related Corporate and ROPU guidelines
Collaborates with other CoEs and ROPU and OPU HRBP, develop rewards programs for the conceptualization, design and evaluation of other employees reward and recognition programs
Executes compensation planning, supporting preparation for and facilitation of annual compensation cycle
Supports HR Services Team (HR Specialist KPI, Reporting & Data Management ROPU) and ROPU HRBPs on personnel cost and headcount planning
Acts as first contact point for clarifying C&B questions for HR Services Team
Supports various projects in the framework of C&B, as defined by ROPU Management Team
Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specialized in Compensation and Benefits
Good business acumen
Capable to combine and balance strong conceptual skills with proven experience to successfully implement solutions operationally on ROPU/ local level
Influential skills at all levels in the organization
