Applicants must be willing to accept a contract with affiliated employment agencies.
You will provide contracts engineering services to WorleyParsons and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the PMC business.
Provide advice to the project on aspects relating to legal and commercial transactions.
Formulation, preparation and issue of site works tenders.
Negotiate Contracts with Contractors with acceptable commercial risk in accordance with Company and Client Policy.
Ensure that contracts/subcontracts are let with acceptable commercial risks and also in accordance with Company and Client policy.
Administer site works contracts throughout the course of the Project.
Liaise with Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering and Controls to achieve satisfactory completion of contracts on time and within budget.
What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience
Eight (8) years’ experience in EPC contracts development and administration in the Oil/Gas/Petrochemicals industry of at least two (2) high value projects (above US$ 100 Million).
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial practices, legal principles, and negotiation skills.
Experience in review, analysis, defense, resolution of Contractors claims. Familiarization with Arbitration procedures and administration.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

B.Sc. in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
