RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
The position has the following direct responsibilities:
1. The safekeeping and accountability of all the crew food allowance as and when required
2. The preparation, cooking and service of food to the Ship’s crew
3. The accounting of all provisions and cabin stores
4. Preparing indents for provisions and cabin stores
5. Maintaining the galley and store areas in a clean and tidy condition
6. Any other duties as assigned by the Master
