Looking for an Enthusiastic, Efficient & Trustworthy Country Head for a Leading MNC “Client” for Jeddah – Saudi Arabia, Dubai – UAE & Doha – Qatar Region.
Should be responsible for retaining long – term clients for the company through finding & collaborating with manufacturers in accordance with our product, design & contractual obligations, so the client’s expectations, company’s promise & financial standards are met or exceeded, also ensure goods are produced to the right quality & quantity at the right price.
Can Relocate in Abroad/Already in same location & run the Entire business over there.
Independently handle the Sales Team, Projects, Revenues Generation, Import Clearing as per guidelines.
Identify and work with strong / cost-effective and reliable dealer network and establish strategic alliances to facilitate deeper market penetration thereby enhanced sales
Carry out the task of product promotions via various channels and conduct Product benchmarking exercise for standardizing product operations and to meet international quality standards and benchmarks
Interfacing with potential customers to generate enquiries, structure price offers and close the sale
Should be effective Communicator who keeps the company’s policies & profitability in mind
Day to Day management of development & production
Should be able to Develop & Handle Sales team under him
Communicating with Sales Department & customers on price & delivery
Organizing, imports, custom clearance & delivery to the warehouse in the GCC / KSA
Develop & strengthen relationships with new & existing factories; suppliers; Builder Group; etc
Quick Decision Maker
Fluency in Arabic & English is must.
Bachelor’s Degree in related industry
Min. of 7 to 12 yrs of Product Development experience & leading a team
Extensive knowledge of Ceramics, Tiles, Natural Stones with Dubai, Saudi & Qatar Market Strategies
Passionate, Self-motivated & Result Oriented with Proven Track Record
Strong Costing & Negotiation Skills
