This position is for a top hospitality company in Persian Gulf Region.
The Creative Manager drives all aspects of the Company’s creative ideas to ensure the Company’s Brand Image(s) in both local and international markets, remains a market leader in all regions so as to support the profitability of its Divisions and SBUs.
The Creative Manger will work closely with the Marketing Director, Division Heads and SBUS to devise and implement the Company’s Creative Marketing Plans. He/she will ensure that the Company’s image remains at the highest level, whilst meeting all deadlines and adhering to the Company’s standards of best practices.
He/she will define and maintain strategic alliances with companies both within Bahrain and elsewhere to support the creative marketing needs of the SBUs and to ensure the Company is known as a leader in all its business segments.
Specific Job Responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:
Prepares annual comprehensive creative plans to support the Company’s marketing aims. These plans to be approved by individual SBUs in October of each year.
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Drive all creative aspects of the Marketing Department: printing/cutting/decorating items as necessary and as directed.
Maintains all creative Files and archives as necessary, in line with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
Maintains a database of all Creative Media Contacts. Builds professional, friendly relationships with them to ensure good marketing coverage.
Maintains a database of all vendors – with price comparisons.
Obtains price quotes in line with the Purchasing Department’s Policies and Procedures.
Prepares and obtains approvals for LPOs.
Checks Invoices, ensures paid in good time.
Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains Company’s operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintains creative office supplies’ inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies, through the Company’s Administration Supervisor to meet all deadlines.
Keeps all creative equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
Secures information by completing database backups, with the assistance of the Company’s IT Department.
Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Contributes to team effort.
Any other other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing / Advertising
2-3 years in similar role
Excellent Skills in creative office programmes ie autocad, sketchup pro, adobe photoshop, adobe indesign and adobe pdf reader.
Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft.
Able to provide a portfolio of creative marketing plans / ideas which have been implemented during his / her career
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Able to be work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent English – written and spoken. Arabic an advantage
Must be self-motivated and detail orientated.
Able to prioritize – meet deadlines.
Good Mathematics skills
