Executive – Customer Relationship Management
The CRM Executive will take on the responsibility of running the Customer retention activities with the purpose of keeping the existing patients to remain in the loop and keep visiting back to the hospitals for their healthcare needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Call back the “Failed to Attend” patients to reschedule their appointments
Calling the “Insurance Approved Cases” in lieu of booking the required appointment
Appointment confirmation calling to remind patients for their upcoming appointments
Calling the doctors before the start of their OPD to confirm if they are late for their OPD
Calling the Patients who are Referred internally for other specialty.
10+2+ Diploma mandatory, however Graduate is desirable
Prior experience in Hospital/ Medical Center or Call Center is a must
Minimum 2+ years’ experience
Good Communication skills, both written and spoken
Basics of Customer Services
Understanding of Insurance and co-payment framework
Working knowledge of appointments booking on Insta software
For the role, we can look to hire people through IJP, people who have worked in the insurance division or in the GSE role can be considered.
