We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. We are looking for applicants who are excellent communicators and passionate about customer service.
To plan and execute courier and driver route assignments based on workforce availability and scheduling parameters. To manage the most efficient deliveries, and to remain cost effective as a company.
Assign drivers to scheduled deliveries and be prepared to reassign if necessary in the event of driver absence or customer need.
Monitor GPS tracking system, telephones and on-road provision of service for quality.
Responsible for keeping records, monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations and monitoring courier and drivers’ working hours.
Participate in analysis and review of operating performance.
Communicate with various departments to ensure accurate instructions and timely deliveries.
To plan and coordinate the repair of company vehicles with commercial maintenance vendors
Ensure that vehicle appearances and operating conditions reflect corporate standards and provide operators with safe and dependable vehicles.
Ensure that all vehicle requirements for the field are met on a timely and efficient basis.
High School Degree/equivalent
Experience in dispatching or preventive maintenance operations on automotive-related equipment is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Good administrative, clerical, and people skills
Keen orientation to detail
Must be highly-organized and proven ability to maintain composure under pressure in a fast pace environment
Demonstrate a high customer service commitment
Able to demonstrate professional phone etiquette
Able to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays as required
