We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for applicants who are excellent communicators and passionate about customer service.

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions through phone, email and chat
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; verifying customer’s understanding of the information and finally providing the appropriate response.
Raise service level by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
Friendly and confident personality
