We are now hiring for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher position. Come and join our team where you can work with a smile

Qualifications:

Smart, Positive and Well-organized individual
Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening in particular)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office packages
Able to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and a high customer service commitment
Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays when necessary
Willing to work long hours and can finish the assigned task effectively within the limited time
At least 1year work experience in UAE (Taxi Company, Rent A Car, or any transportation company) as a Dispatcher; preferably with Call Center Agent experience
Must be available to join immediately
Responsibilities:

Handle multi-line telephone system efficiently and accurately applying the company telephone etiquettes & call handling.
Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance.
Obtain client’s information pertinent to business objectives, such as name, location, and contact number
Manage the computer booking system efficiently, optimize the productivity of the available resources and ensure communication is accurate.
Monitoring and controlling the daily schedule of company drivers via our dispatch system.
Ensure that all vehicle requirements for the field are met on a timely and efficient basis.
Notify the clients in case of any delays.
Responsible for keeping records, monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations and monitoring drivers’ working hours.
Ensure that vehicle appearances and operating conditions reflect the company standards and provide operators with safe and dependable vehicles.
Monitor GPS tracking system, telephones and on-road provision of service.
Accurate appointment setting and follow up using the computer booking system
