A customer-oriented service representative to act and provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Industry: E-Commerce / Online sales of Fresh Produce
Functional Area: Customer Service/Call Centre/BPO. Please note candidates with UAE Logistics industry experience will be an added advantage.
Effectively manage incoming calls/ Emails/ In App complaints and queries
Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction and key information is cascaded.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Detailed documentation of all Customer Interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Customer Service Executive
Strong customer service skills
