Purpose of Position-

The manager would be responsible for leading and executing the off premise (delivery and catering) marketing strategies that creates awareness, drives guest engagement, increases brand accessibility and convenience to drive incremental transactions.

The manager is responsible for strategic planning and execution as a whole, including delivery sales, marketing, operations, and acting as liaison between DBI cross functional teams, partners and regional food service aggregators.

The Manager will interact closely with individuals at all levels throughout the organization, across functions and with multiple external partners to ensure alignment across all touch points. This position will be part of a “hands-on – dig in – make it happen” marketing team excited about finding new ways Dunkin’ Brands can own and differentiate certain day parts and occasion in the growing delivery segment.

What You’ll Be Working On-

Develop the overarching strategy for a comprehensive delivery path to purchase, ultimately interlocking delivery marketing ecosystem
As the delivery manager in the newly formed role and team, you will play a role in shaping the future of Dunkin’ Brands delivery
Set and execute the strategy and road map for each aggregator platform and digital touch point (website, mobile app, online ordering, social media advertising and engagement, and digital advertising)
Implementing best practices for profitable sales growth. Identify which aspects, features, functionality and design within each platform. Should be prioritized to drive guest traffic, increasing average ticket and ultimately delivery sales performance market-to-market
Development of marketing materials (tool kits, user guides, events, monthly newsletter,) that provides partners best practice and guidance based upon their delivery life cycle
Create, develop and manage analytical tools and reports through the integration of data from multiple sources to monitor and improve delivery metrics such as campaign Effectiveness and ROI
Delivery analytics development, including delivery sales analysis for DD and BR priority markets
Assistance with the analysis of local market initiatives, to measure program effectiveness and report the impact of programs/tests on goals and objectives
Provide strategic consultation on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities, such as the driving repeat usage through targeted email campaigns, SMS campaigns and other aggregator’s ecosystems
Partner with functional units (IT, Operations, and Marketing) to develop, implement, and monitor the processes necessary to deliver on key department initiatives
Internal and external stakeholder management (Account Management or Country specific)

What You’ll Need-

Undergraduate or advanced degree in business management
5 years of experience in management consulting or in a strategy position for a large corporation
Hands-on experience developing and applying new strategic initiative in a corporate setting
Ability to manage and organize complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
Past experience in QSR and/or knowledge of either a food service aggregate or a marketplace businesses is helpful but not required
Experience in a high-growth business environment or start-up a plus, and or experience in a large international or high growth tech organization
