Position Overview

The Customer Services Digital Enterprise and Digital Services (CS DE&DS) business is searching for a highly motivated Sales Professional with a passion for digitalization, customer engagement and satisfaction. The selected candidate will drive the go to market (G2M) process and objectives for CS DE&DS in alignment with various sales organizations and account managers across Digital Factory (DF).

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a robust pipeline for a set of brand new offerings, with focus on digital enterprise consulting, integration projects, and data analytics.
Develop, execute, and continually evolve strategic and tactical account plans for prospects, and collaborate with our Digital Enterprise team to align prospect objectives and pain points with the value our Digital Enterprise offerings and solutions provide.
Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, trusted advisor and advocate.
Subject matter expert on the business portfolio and responsible for imparting that knowledge to the sales teams and supporting them during customer engagements.
Partner with the wider Digital Factory Division sales teams to help drive success for customers and cultivate long term relationships.
Prepare and execute quality sales presentations, demos and other collateral to assist customer understanding our offerings.
Manage all sales related activity through the accurate, timely and detailed use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools including opportunity reviews, win/loss analysis, pipeline funnel management, forecasting and lead generation.
Support sales organizations in development of customer quotes and proposals.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education. and Experience
7+ years of sales or business development experience with manufacturing Automation, IT services, digitalization, and/or IoT Consulting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, or Business
Experience in discrete manufacturing industries such as; aerospace, automotive, electronics, food & beverage, preferred.
Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technology, including digital and big data (e.g., Smart Factory, IoT, Industry 4.0) as they apply to industrial verticals.
Cross selling and consultative selling experience with proven capability in collaborating across both client and own organization.
Demonstrated executive presence, influence and leadership having worked with various levels of customer organizations including C-Level.
Proven experience in acquiring and selling to new customers.
Proven experience developing and executing strategies for sales growth.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to understand the customer needs, negotiate complex sales and articulate total value offerings to customers.
Creative, decisive, high energy and ability to energize others.
Comfort with ambiguity and able to adapt to the changing requirements of a growth company.
Proven ability to function and win in collaborative environments.
A self-driven and highly motivated hands-on mentality/leadership traits
Startup mentality, ability to work in a developing team and emerging technology
