Apply Now About the job To assist in managing the company’s digital marketing campaigns across the entire network using different channels and tools thereby optimizing revenue and enhancing the traffic on the website ensuring investments on media and productivity are in line with agreed budget, set measures and company’s adopted policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Executes/monitors digital marketing campaigns and advertisements for Air Arabia network using various channels such as (E-mail Marketing, Display Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Campaigns, Retargeting, Videos, searches…); runs and monitors the performance of SEM (Searching Engine Marketing) campaigns; ensuring that business objectives are met.
Executes timely tactical and brand awareness online campaigns to fulfil the commercial objectives of promoting Air Arabia products and services such as tickets, holidays, ancillaries, etc.
Coordinates with Marketing & Corporate Communication teams on all campaigns requirements received from all Hubs ensuring consistency in production and display for both online/offline advertisements and campaigns.
Proposes and develops new initiatives and plans to increase traffic on website, improve conversion rates, CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and increase online sales and revenue; coordinates with internal departments (IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance…) and external parties to ensure successful delivery of agreed projects
Manages the day-to-day relationship with suppliers (Advertising Agencies, Meta-search Engines, OTAs, affiliates, networks, Al Hurra, etc.) to ensure smooth running of operations and updated database of clients.
Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Marketing/Digital or Affiliate Marketing or equivalent.
Capable of using technology systems and tools; proficient in using Microsoft Office, Internet and Web Search, Google office applications, Advanced Excel Skills (including Macros would be preferred).
Effective written and communication skills.
Multi-task, able to work for extended working hours and during off-days.
Works well under pressure.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
