Position: Digital Marketing Manager (Arabic)
Salary: Upto AED 15K

Due to the nature of the business , hiring manager prefers only Arabic speakers who has worked as Digital Marketing professionals for big groups. The successful applicant will be required to work unsociable hours as required to support events ‘on the ground’
This Digital Marketing Manager position will be the main digital brain in the business, working close with a very digitally focused marketing team targeting customers. The main channels involved are:
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be expected to continue the already excellent digital work, whilst bringing new ideas for campaigns to the table.
Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase awareness and increase engagement
Manage all social media channels such as facebook, twitter, pinterest, google + and instagram
Plan content and delivery and use tools like hootsuite and asana to manage multiple social media channels
Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand
Write engaging blog posts and articles
Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as google analytics
Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face

Digital Marketing Manager – Necessary Requirements
Experience managing a full digital strategy
Good budget management experience
The ability to work both hands on, and strategically
At least 3 years working within a Digitally focused role
Agency or Client Side experience
