One of our clients in Dubai urgently looking for Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: 8000- 9000 aed/ month
Responsible for developing and flawlessly delivering integrated, cost-effective, brand image & growth driving digital campaigns for Client, leveraging owned, earned & paid platforms, and working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Develop an aggressive Content Marketing strategy that creates awareness of Client propositions, raises interest & desire and converts into a purchase through relevant engagement with consumers on digital media.
Lead content marketing strategy execution through integrated campaigns that deliver ROI, including:
Social Media > Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Other

Grow traffic and conversion on client fresh.aein collaboration with the eCommerce Lead and be the Marketing point of contact for all eCommerce requirements.
Improve the content quality, reach and engagement on Social Media in collaboration with the appointed Social Media agency, ensuring set KPIs are consistently met/exceeded.
Identify and engage/leverage digital media influencers and establish a broad network of digital partners to drive awareness & penetration of Client propositions online and increase reach beyond owned platforms.
Maximize Client’s digital footprint by leading Search Engine Optimization efforts for the brand with relevant content/keywords across online platforms, establishing blogs that keep content fresh and relevant, and managing appointed agencies with set KPIs.
Collaborate with other Marketing team members to ensure that offline initiatives are translated seamlessly online.
Provide insights on trends picked up from Social Listening to relevant team members to ensure that Client stays relevant to today’s consumer (product/pack size/price/packaging/availability/communication etc).
Provide weekly performance reports to VP Marketing and monthly reports that will be part of the Marketing Performance Report that is sent to the Board.

eCommerce traffic, bounce rate, conversion into sales.
Spend effectiveness (ROI)
Retail + Distributor + eCommerce P&L
University degree, with business specialization. MBA an advantage.
A minimum years of experience, 3 of which should be in a digital marketing role within FMGC in AMEA.
A proven track record consistently delivering results expeditiously.
Excellent communicator with a good command of English language. Arabic is an advantage.
A team player with strong inter-personal skills and “can do” attitude.
